AGRI-GENE JERSEY SIRES Take the lead at the 2006 World Dairy Expo, All-American Jersey Show and Royal Agricultural Winter Fair!!!
Huronia Centurion Veronica 20J EX95, dam of Gold Label Speciality Sires Goldvolt, SDValiant and EDVerdict once again dominated at the 2006 World Dairy Expo, solidifying her position as an exceptional bull mother. Veronica was crowned Supreme Champion after winning Grand Champion of the Central National Jersey Show, making history as the first cow to ever be named Grand Champion Jersey three years in a row. In addition to her recent World Dairy Expo success, Veronica has twice been named Supreme Champion at the All-American Dairy Show Harrisburg, and was also Grand Champion at the All-American Jersey Show Louisville in 2004.
Also highlighting the Central National Jersey Show at the World Dairy Expo was Ratliff Sambo Martina EX93, sired by Lester SAMBO. She placed first in the Junior 2-year-old class and was crowned Reserve Intermediate Champion at the All-American Jersey Show. Intermediate Champion also went to a Sambo daughter, KCJF Sambo Molly. Three of the four Intermediate classes were won by Lester SAMBO daughters. SHF Sambo Jive EX93 placed third in the 6-year-old and older class.
Deluxe daughters continued to excel at both WDE & RAWF with Rockledge Deluxe Lucky Clover Elliotts taking out the Spring Heifer class and went on to win the Junior Championship of the Open Jersey Show. South Mountain Jules placed second in the Summer Yealing Heifer Class, and South Mountain Saratoga took out the Fall Yearling in Milk class. Schieldts Deluxe Roxie placed second in the Fall Yearling Heifer class. Maple Ridge Deluxe Shawna was awarded Honourable Mention Junior Championship at the RAWF.
WF Bomber is setting the standards Internationally as he was recently awarded Premier Sire at the All-American Jersey show Louisville. BJR Bomber Pitino Eilene took out the Junior 3 year old class.
Pleasant Nook F Prize Circus EX95, dam of the new sire 'Ringmaster' has once again dominated the showring at the All-American Jersey show taking out Grand Champion Cow. In addition to this exceptional achievement, Circus was also awarded Champion Cow in 2003 and Reserve Champion cow in 2005. The first shipment of this high profile youngster will be available after International Dairy Week 07.
Connection has enhanced his reputation as being a great show type sire with one of his daughters, Huronia Connection Crystalyn taking out the Grand Championship award at the RAWF.
The three cows which were crowned Champion at three of the largest Shows in the world are all sired by Agri-Gene sires, demonstrating the depth and strength of the Agri-Gene bull team.
